Based on the intimate nature of the pieces; returns are not accepted. If your item is found to have a defect, blemish or is unsuitable for whatever reason, please reach out to us via email or the contact form and I will do my best to provide a satisfactory outcome.


I get that sometimes things catch or break; I would be happy to repair your piece! - It's usually free of charge but a small fee may be charged for repair of your piece. The cost will be discussed ahead of time. Please be sure to follow our care guidelines. 

Please note, all items for repair must be returned to my home studio. You may mail or drop off unless other arrangements are made. 

In the case your item is damaged upon receipt, we will do our best to rectify the situation and a store credit or replacement item may be chosen.

Once the order is placed, you have until the item is marked shipped to contact us and change or cancel. 

Shipping and Duty

You may choose your method of shipping at the checkout. We will do our best to get your pieces to you in a timely manner. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee (see checkout). 

Please note that untracked mail is untracked and I can't recover items that are sent to incorrect addresses or are lost by Canada Post. I take all packages directly to the Canada Post outlet to ensure they're handled quickly and not damaged along the way (no box drops). In the case your item is lost (no show 3+ weeks in Canada), I will replace it, however I will charge for tracked mail for the replacement to be sent. You are also able to pick up. Due to the small batch nature a replacement will first be offered if available, otherwise a store credit will be issued. 

We offer the best rate available. We have also factored in supply costs for shipping your goods; we want them to reach you undamaged and intact. Express may be charged higher than posted but I will apply a credit for the difference once your order is processed. 

Duty may be applied to out of country orders; we are not responsible for the charges and are unable to mark items as gifts unless they are won in one of our giveaways. Please understand.
