Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I'm Jana, a cost accounting connoisseur, helping you understand your numbers in your business and the age old question - 'Are you making money?'

With over 15 years of accounting experience - in both small, medium and large scale businesses in everything from construction to non profit, I love working with small to medium sized businesses. Why? Because in this moment it's important to understand the basics of your business to grow to the next level. 

From report creation, breaking down each revenue and expense line. Teaching you the difference between direct and indirect/overhead costs and understanding how to pay both your employees, subcontractors and anyone else who services your business. I want to show you the ropes on where to start.
